Notes from our photographer: The property was overall flat. There were open areas of thin grasses and small rocks, with juniper and oak trees peppering throughout. I noted what appeared to be an electrical line running across Byrnes Rd further to the south, so there is power in the neighborhood. I did not see water lines but there was a water fill station nearby for neighborhood residents.
The parcel is flat and has plenty of potential for just about any kind of residential build you could want to do. Power nearby and water service are obvious advantages. The biggest appeal is the secluded neighborhood. It is absolutely quiet and if getting away from it all is what you are looking for, this is it. 1-2 bars of Verizon cell service.
